4. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

When you place an order:

• Orders are processed within 1 hour of payment confirmation

• Payment must be completed before order fulfillment
• Returns and refunds are handled through our Support Center in accordance with our return policy
• Digital course access is non-refundable once accessed
